New to hybrid martial arts?
Four styles taught as one. Here's what each one brings.
- Kickboxing for striking. Hands and feet, on pads and with partners: cardio, power, timing, accuracy.
- Taekwondo for kicks. Fast ones, spinning ones, jumping ones, linked into combinations that build balance and footwork.
- Krav Maga for self-defence. Built for real situations, not choreography: reading a room, staying calm, knowing what to do.
- Grappling for close range. Most real confrontations end up here, and it's where technique beats size and strength.
- Trained together, not separately. Each style covers a gap the others leave, so nothing is missing.
- Beginners train with beginners. Nobody gets thrown in at the deep end.

What our members say
“The classes themselves are exactly the right mix of fun and hard work. I always come away feeling that I've learned something new.”
“Once class started those fears were soon put to rest as I became absorbed in the training.”
“Ollie (head instructor) is knowledgeable, patient, and makes everyone feel welcome.”
Questions, answered
Will I get hurt?
Any physical activity carries some risk, but the way we train keeps it as low as possible. You start with technique and drilling before any live sparring, with an instructor on the mats the whole time. Tapping is the first thing you learn: if something doesn't feel right, you tap and it stops.
Do I have to spar or compete?
Competing is entirely optional and most members never do it. Sparring is part of the programme once you're ready for it, but it's always technique-first and built up to gradually, never thrown at a complete beginner.
Am I too old or unfit to start?
Almost certainly not. Most of our beginners are in their 30s, 40s and 50s, and most arrived unfit. The challenge builds your fitness from wherever you are now, at your own pace, from day one.
What if I don't enjoy it?
Then you've lost nothing. The trial session is free, and the challenge comes with a money-back guarantee. No contract, nothing to cancel: the only risk is spending one session finding out.
How much does it cost?
Your trial session is free. The 6-Week Beginner Challenge is £299 one-time, with everything included: all twelve sessions, your uniform, and the money-back guarantee.
But you're free to do nothing
Next year looks exactly like this one. Or take the free session: it costs nothing, and one class is all it takes to know.
